At Renmark, we stayed at Moorook. It was cheap accommodation, and it was right on the river. There was toilets there, and a dumpoint was installed while we were staying there. Joel enjoyed fishing there and we could get water from the river for our showers. We also set up a stall there to sell pancakes, fudge and slice. Josh managed to sell out on the way back to the caravan as he had some leftovers. Bethany was left with some fudge still to sell.
There was a busker with his houseboat parked on the river. He gave tourists photo opportunities and also showed them his boat. Although it looks quite disorganised, he reckoned it was still quite functional. We took advantage of the tour and photo opportunities.
